Dr Robin Fackrell is a consultant physician at the Royal United Hospital and Sulis Hospital, Bath and Amanda Overeynder is a registered dietitian and specialist in Metabolic Health and behaviour change education. Together they have five decades of experience in healthcare and education; and a strong conviction that looking after your metabolic health allows you to lead your best life and avoid the diseases we are all frightened of.
