Surround Sound with Mark Kermode and Jenny Nelson at Komedia

How can a film score make you cheer, shiver, cry or punch the air? 

Join the UK’s favourite film critic, Mark Kermode, and radio producer Jenny Nelson as they explore the emotional connection between great musical scores and the silver screen audience. Their brilliant new book, Surround Sound is a fascinating trip down the glorious rabbit hole of film composition. 

Telling the stories behind iconic soundtracks and sharing some of their personal favourites, Mark and Jenny will reveal how what we hear has an impact on what we see and they will celebrate the magic that happens when a soundtrack takes on a life of its own.

Auditorium tickets are on the ground floor, in theatre style rows and are allocated on point of purchase. 

Balcony Tickets are allocated, in cinema style rows on the first floor. Please note that the Balcony is only accessible via a staircase.
