Accountants Richardson Swift have announced the appointment of a new Head of Tax

Bath-based Richardson Swift has appointed director Calvin Healy as its new Head of Tax.

A Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser with over 20 years of experience, Calvin will lead both the personal and business tax teams at Richardson Swift, as well as continuing a hands on role with his own portfolio of clients.

Since joining the Bath-based firm in 2014, Calvin has been instrumental in providing expert tax advice to a variety of clients, including owner-managed businesses, private clients, and trusts.

Calvin’s team will specialise in offering tailored tax planning strategies that align with a client’s specific financial goals and circumstances. From inheritance tax and probate services to business tax planning and compliance, the team will cover all aspects of taxation.

“Our tax team has a wealth of experience and expertise.  Providing insightful advice that helps you navigate complex tax issues is what we do best.  Our goal is to simplify the process for the client, making tax planning less stressful and more effective by taking a comprehensive approach,” said Calvin.

His plan is to make sure that clients have all their tax-related needs met under one roof, he added.

The company in Laura Place is Bath’s largest independent accountancy firm, based solely in the city.
