We understand that no two estates are the same and can provide bespoke assistance with all aspects of dealing with an estate. This includes notifying asset holders, carrying out asset and Will searches, advising on inheritance tax and completing inheritance tax returns, applying for probate, advising on the laws of intestacy (where no Will has been made), collecting in assets, paying legacies and distributing the estate.
