Trusts must be registered with HMRC to ensure you are complying with anti-money laundering regulations and for self-assessment purposes. The deadline for registration is 1 September 2022. You must also register if the Trust becomes, or is liable for any of the following taxes:
• Capital Gains Tax
• Income Tax
• Inheritance Tax
• Stamp Duty Land Tax
• Stamp Duty Reserve Tax
