Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa is pleased to announce that they have been awarded Best Hotel with Spa at the Condé Nast Johansens Annual Awards for Excellence on 5 November 2018.

The hotel is also delighted to announce that their Demi Chef de Partie, Gercelynn Mae Dionio, was awarded South West Young Professional Chef of the Year in the 2018 South West Chef of the Year Awards. Gercelynn Mae Dionio also won the award for the Best Menu:

Starter: 
Pan roasted Brill, root vegetables, mussel velouté

Main: 
Roasted partridge, girolles, cavolo nero, blackberries, partridge boulangere potatoes, partridge jus

Dessert: 
Frangipane tart, pear and apple with vanilla chantilly
