Demuths Cookery School summer courses

Demuths Cookery School welcome all food lovers to go and learn creative vegetarian and vegan cookery. For everyone from beginners through to accomplished cooks the specialists in plant-based cooking has vegan, vegetarian, raw and gluten free courses available this summer.
Sensational Seasonal Salads, 15 June, 10am- 2pm
This half-day class will teach you a variety of vibrant salads showcasing seasonal vegetables paired with pulses, seeds and grains that are tasty, filling and colourful.
Gluten free and Vegan Baking, 22 June, 10am – 4pm
This gluten free baking course will show you how to bring those long-missed foods back into your diet. Bread, pastry, and tarts are just a few of the delicious treats featured in this specially designed cookery course, led by expert gluten-free baker Colette Woods.
Vegan Pantry, 7 July, 10am – 4pm
This cookery class will teach you what you need to stock in your pantry to whip up quick, easy and nutritional vegan meals and how to make them.
Vegan Summer Weekend, 21 July 2018, 10am – 22nd July 4pm
