Bridgemead Residential and Nursing home is holding a ‘money can’t buy’ charity auction on 7 March, sponsored by Fine & Country and The Gainsborough Hotel. Bridgemead is a not for profit residential and nursing home in St John’s Road, Bathwick, Bath, which also offers day and respite care to local residents. It is a ‘home from home’ where vulnerable older people are cherished and enabled to live fruitful lives.
A recent visitor, Lord Foster of Bath, said:
“At Bridgemead there is always something going on, there are a lot of activities to engage people. People always have a chance to do new things rather than just fade away. They are given care and support to get on and do the things they really want to do. I love this place.”
The Charity auction is being held at the Gainsborough Hotel on 7 March, by invitation only but is also online at bridgecare.org.uk
Lots offered include:
